Using this website
You may use this website to learn about Applied Agents and book a call. Don't misuse it: no attempts to break, overload or scrape it, and no unlawful use. The content, design and branding belong to Applied Agents or our licensors.
Information on the site
We keep prices, timelines and descriptions accurate and review them every 30 days, but they are general information. The price and scope you pay for are the ones in your written quote. Third-party names, logos and trademarks on the site belong to their owners and are used only to describe the tools and alternatives we mention.
Quotes and projects
Work starts when you accept a written quote or statement of work. It sets the scope, price, timeline and payment terms. Changes to scope after acceptance may change the price or timeline, and we'll agree them with you in writing first.
Payment
Unless your quote says otherwise, fixed-price projects are invoiced 50% on acceptance and 50% on delivery, and monthly plans are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing date; the current month is not refunded.
Ownership, platforms and running costs
When your final invoice is paid, you own the workflows, agents, prompts and documentation we build for you. They run in your own accounts.
Platform and usage costs, such as n8n, Make or Zapier subscriptions and AI model API usage, are paid by you directly unless your quote says otherwise.
AI output and human approval
AI agents can make mistakes. We build human approval into steps that send messages, change records or spend money, and we test builds on your real data before launch. You remain responsible for decisions and messages your business sends, and for reviewing agent output in the steps you choose to automate fully.
Confidentiality
We keep your non-public information confidential and use it only for your project. You keep ours confidential too, including quotes and working files we share before launch.
Liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Applied Agents is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, email support@appliedagents.co first and we'll work to resolve it within 30 days. If we can't, the dispute is handled under the law and courts named in your quote, or otherwise the laws and courts of the State of Delaware, USA.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes don't affect a project already under a signed quote.
