Who we are
Applied Agents ("we", "us") runs appliedagents.co and provides the services described on it. For any privacy question or request, email support@appliedagents.co. Our mailing address is 651 N Broad St., Middletown, Delaware 19709, USA.
What we collect
- Booking details. When you book a 30-minute call through our Cal.com calendar, you give us your name, email address and any notes or answers you add, such as how you heard about us.
- Messages. If you email us, we keep the email and your contact details.
- Client project data. If you become a client, we hold the information needed to deliver and invoice the work.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) to keep the site secure and running.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Why we use it
- To schedule and hold the call you booked, and to send you the outline and quote we promise.
- To answer your messages.
- To deliver, invoice and support client projects.
- To understand which channels bring us enquiries, using the "how did you hear about us" answer you choose to give.
- To keep the site secure and comply with legal obligations.
Under the GDPR, our legal bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, and legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Who processes data for us
- Cal.com runs our booking calendar. When the calendar loads, Cal.com receives your browser data under its privacy policy.
- Vercel hosts this website and its server logs.
- Google Fonts serves the site's fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
- Our email and document providers store correspondence and project files.
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their standard contractual safeguards.
Client systems and AI models
To build automations and agents we may need access to your tools, such as your CRM, inbox, documents or n8n, Make or Zapier account. We ask for the least access the build needs, keep credentials in your accounts or a password manager, and remove our access when the work ends unless you keep us on the monthly plan.
Agents we build call AI model providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI or a self-hosted OpenClaw instance, using your own accounts where possible. Those providers process the data the agent sends them under their API terms. We don't use your data to train any model.
How long we keep it
- Booking details and messages from people who don't become clients: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Client project records and invoices: as long as accounting and tax law requires, typically up to 7 years.
- Server logs: as long as our hosting provider retains them, usually a few weeks.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email support@appliedagents.co and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We limit access to personal data to the people who need it, use providers with industry-standard security, and use strong authentication on the accounts that hold client data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes that affect clients will also be sent by email.
